Bigen is a deposit only color. There is no lifting (lightening) action required for darkening hair. While some ordinary permanent hair colors unnecessarily utilize both actions, Bigen’s simple coloring system means less damage to your hair. Bigen Permanent Powder Hair Color leaves your hair looking smooth, natural and elegant.
On 100 – 50% of Gray Hair:
Your results might be slightly lighter-looking than those shown in the color guide above.
On Black Hair:
Shade numbers 37 or 45 will enhance your black hair and give you natural nuance when you’re out in the sun.
Shade numbers 46, 47, 48, 56, 57, 58 or 59 will enhance your black hair and provide extra shine.
Shade numbers 88 or 96 will enhance your black hair and give you blue nuance when you’re out in the sun.

Returns
Due to multiple parties such as the factory and the warehouse, we are unable to effectively manage inventory. This means that the actual stock could fluctuate at any moment. Please understand it may happen that your order is out of stock once the order is placed.
Our policy lasts for a period of 30 days. If you don't receive your product within the 30 days period, we're unable to offer either a return or exchange.
To be eligible for a refund your item must be unused and in the same state as when you received it in. It must also still be in its original packaging.
